Is posting artwork of unicorns in a massive online gallery. While at first glance it looks like she does indeed get permission before she posts, and lots of artwork has (c) Artist Name on them, she does not. I found one of my pictures in her gallery that she did not have permission to use, though by her disclaimer and the way she has it listed it looks like I gave her permission.

I emailed her to remove it and she hasn't yet, though she said she would, but she has been arguing that she's done nothing wrong and she was 'nice' to give me credit.

Just a head's up in case anyone else's art is being used without permission and they care.
